Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 12-hour cancellation window for all group classes and a 24-hour window for privately scheduled sessions. All cancellations must be made through your online account. Any cancellation made after this window (a “Late Cancel”) will result in the loss of class credit and a $5 Late Cancel Fee charged to your card on file.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a class you are registered for and do not cancel, you are considered a “No-Show.” This will result in a $5 No-Show Fee charged to your card on file. You will also lose the class credit for that session.
To ensure the best experience, classes begin promptly. Doors will be locked 5 minutes after class starts. Late arrivals beyond this window will be marked as a no-show for safety reasons.
Waitlist Protocol
If a class is full, join the waitlist! If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added up to 12 hours before start time. If you are added within that window, standard cancellation policies apply.
Refunds & Transfers
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits and memberships cannot be shared between clients.
