Cancellation Window
We have a strict 9-hour cancellation window for all group classes. Cancellations made within this window are considered “Late Cancels” and result in a $5 fee and loss of class credit.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a registered class without canceling will result in a $7 fee and the loss of your class credit. Please sign in upon arrival to ensure your attendance is recorded.
The Grace Period
Classes begin promptly. To ensure safety and a focused environment, doors are locked 5 minutes after start time. Late arrivals beyond this point cannot be admitted.
Waitlist Protocol
If you are moved from the waitlist into a class up to 9 hours before the start time, you are considered confirmed and standard cancellation policies apply.
