Red Hause Studio: Liability Waiver & Studio Policies

Please read the following terms, policies, and liability waiver carefully before booking any session at Red Hause Studio.

By booking a class, workshop, or session, you ("Client") are confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Section 1: Studio Booking Policies

1. Cancellation Policy (Group Classes)
   We have a strict 9-hour cancellation window for all group classes. All cancellations must be made through your online account. Any cancellation made after the 9-hour window will be considered a late cancel. We offer one courtesy late cancel waiver per member per month. After that, the automatic $8 late cancel fee applies and the class credit is not restored.
2. Class Attendance Policy
   To help us provide the best possible experience for all participants, class formats may occasionally be adjusted based on attendance. While we aim to run all scheduled classes, we may merge or modify class formats if attendance is very low. If any adjustment is needed, you will always be notified in advance, and you will have the option to reschedule into another class time that works best for you. We appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we look forward to seeing you in class.
3. No-Show Policy
   If you do not attend a class you are registered for and do not cancel, you will be marked as a no-show. No-shows will result in a $10 fee charged to your account. You will also lose the class credit for that session. Courtesy late cancel waivers do not apply to no-shows. Please make sure to sign in for every class to avoid any fees.
4. Class Changes / Additions
   If you are added to a class, the 9-hour cancellation policy still applies.
5. Refund & Transfer Policy
   All purchases for classes, class packs, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be shared or transferred to any other person.
6. Account Management
   All schedule changes, including new bookings, waitlists, and cancellations, can be made by logging into your Customer Account on our website.

Section 2: Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

1. Classes & Activities Offered by Red Hause Studio
   I understand that Red Hause Studio offers fitness classes, workshops, private sessions, and related studio activities that may involve physical exertion and inherent risk.
2. Health & Medical Clearance
   I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in the activities offered by Red Hause Studio. I understand it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation.
3. Voluntary Assumption of Risk
   I understand that participation in fitness and studio activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, cardiovascular stress, and other physical injuries. I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating.
4. Release of Liability & Indemnification
   In consideration of being permitted to participate in the activities, I hereby agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Red Hause Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have for injuries or damages arising out of or connected with my participation.
5. Media Release
   I grant Red Hause Studio permission to use my likeness, including photographs and videos taken during classes, in public marketing materials, on social media, and on the studio website. If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I will inform the instructor before class begins.

Section 3: Acknowledgement

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, or that I am being accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.

I understand the contents of this agreement and agree to be bound by these terms.
